Rojo y Negro
Rojo y Negro was born around the release of the Descojon Urbano cassette around 1992 as part of the defunct Fuera de Orden Rekords. In 1994 it was the first label in Puerto Rico to produce and release an indie CD, Descojon Urbano's "1991-1994" and has produced several releases by Descojon Urbano, Antartica, the Musica Casual compilations and O.P.A.L.
No genre is sacred and our releases include everything from punk rock, industrial, techno, electronic, folk, alternative and other genres. We're proud to offer our releases through archive.org's netlabel services for all.
Latest news: We're proud to announce that we've been authorized to upload selected releases from the independent Puerto Rican record labels Discos de Hoy and Noisex. Discos de Hoy and Noisex Records have been one of the best labels documenting the Puerto Rican underground and independent music scene. Thanks Josu and Pelle! Also, we welcome Aguadilla's Altanez to the fold. And we're proud to release a compilation of one of our favorite local puertorican bands: Macroporno. W00t!
